Milk Mysore Pak :


How to Make Milk Mysore Pak at Home easily:

Ingredients:

  • Milk Powder – 1 cup

  • All Purpose flour - 1/2 cup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Ghee - 1 Cup​

Method:

1. Take a mixing bowl and add milk powder, all purpose flour, pinch of salt and mix well.

2. Add 5 to 6 teaspoons of gee and mix well.

3. Place a Pan on the flame and add 2 cups of suger and pour 1 cup of water, mix well.

4. Boil the syrup until gets string consistency.

5. Add milk powder mixer in the sugar syrup little by little and mix well with no lumps.

6. Now pour the ghee little by little and stir until the mixer thickens.

7. Boil until the mixer theckens and switch off the flame.

8. Grease a plate with ghee, pour the mixer into the plate and cut into desire shape.

9. Allow to cool completely and divide into pieces and serve.
