How to cook Bread Chaat :

Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 8
Boiled and pealed potatoes - ½ kg
Finally Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
Finally Chopped Tomatoes - 1/2 Cup
Grated Cucumber – ½ Cup
Finally Chopped Green chillies – ¼ Cup
Finally Chopped Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 Cup
Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste ( 2 teaspoons )
Oil – ½ Cup
Method:
Take a mixing bowl, add boiled and pealed potato pieces. Mash them with the help of potato masher
Add Finally Chopped Tomatoes, Finally Chopped Onions, Grated Cucumber, Finally Chopped Green chillies, Finally Chopped Coriander Leaves, Chaat Masala, Salt to taste ( 1 teaspoon ) and mix well, keep aside.
Take another mixing bowl and add all purpose flour, Red chilli powder -1 teaspoon, Salt to taste ( 1 teaspoon ). Nnow add water little by little and mix well.
Place the potato stuffing on the all bread slices, press and shape as your choice.
Apply the all purpos flour batter on the potato stuffing and keep aside.
Heat Oil in a pan for shallow fry, Add Stuffed Bread Slide and fry well for 2 minutes in low flame, apply oil on the bread, flip the bread and fry well for 1 minute, cook on low heat till both sides are eaqually golden brown colour, now take out into a plate and keep aside, do all the bread slices same method.
Now garnish with finally chopped Onions, Grated Cucumber, Chopped Tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
If you like more taste then you can add tomato sauce also.
Bread Chaat recipe is ready to eat.
